For the longest time I had no idea that the pretty fonts I had been downloading had all these extras I could unlock and take my font from just pretty to totally stunning. I had all the hidden extra ligatures, salts and swashes but I didn’t know I needed a font manager to access them. I discovered this free font manager and my crafting game was forever changed.
Easy Access to All Your Favorite Fonts
The Creative Fabrica Free Font Manager allows you to quickly scroll through all of you fonts and determine which one is right for you project without having to change the font in Cricut Design Space 100 times and then not remember which one you liked best after trying them all out. Just type in the text you want and scroll through all your fonts in one place to choose which is best for your project.

Unlocking the Hidden PUA (Private Use Area)
When you purchase a pretty script font chances are it has a PUA. You know how you look at the font and the samples it provides and it has pretty loops and curls and extras. You think, sweet, that’s just the font I need. Then you download it and you’re only able to get the normal font, not any of the fancy stuff you saw in the samples. What’s up with that!?!? Well you can bet that font has a PUA and you just need a free font manager to unlock it.

Previewing the PUA in your text
Some fonts have a few PUA glyphs and some have thousands like “Samantha Font”. When a font has that many to choose from you’re going to want to play around and see what works best for your project. This Free Font Manager lets you easily try them all out before deciding on your final look.

Learning the shortcut keys to your favorite fonts
Okay, one of everyone’s favorite fonts is the “I love Glitter” font by Misti. There are some very simply shortcut keys to get the hearts and swashes at the beginning and end. To find these shortcut keys you’d have to ask around in the craft groups or read through instructions provided when you downloaded. With the Creative Fabrica free font manager you can just copy and paste the character you want and it shows you the shortcut key.

Side note: Misti is one of my very favorite font designers. I have like 15 of her fonts. Not only does she have I love glitter but she has I love Christmas, Unicorn Sparkles, Autumn in November, October Twilight, Stylish Calligraphy…the list goes on and on.

Hi! I opened an account but do not see any of my fonts. How do I transfer my fonts to Creative Fabrica?
Thanks for your help!
You’ll need to upload them. Once your in Fontcloud go down and hit the blue “Browse” button at the bottom of the left hand font menu. From there you can upload your font files. It will accept ttf or otf files. These will usually be in the zip folder you downloaded when you originally downloaded the font to your computer.
