Cricut Weeding Hack

I have a really cool Cricut Weeding Hack that I’m finding out not a lot of people know about. I’ll keep this post short and sweet and hopefully you find this hack as awesome as I do.

Are you ready for the life changing Cricut Weeding Hack??? Okay, here it is…USE THE CAP.  (The cap; what on earth is she talking about?)  Yep, the cap.  Just pop that bad boy off and use it to scrape the tiny pieces of weeded vinyl off your tool.

Cricut Weeding Tool

This Cricut Weeding Hack is pretty genius and it’s not very well known.  If you’re using official Cricut Weeding Tools then you can take the colored cap off the back.  When you do, you’ll notice a couple little cutout areas on the side.  The cap is designed to insert the tip of the weeding tool and then drag it back out through the cutouts. When you do this, your tool comes out and the excess vinyl stays in.

Check out the video below to see how easy it is and for a couple other weeding tips.
